OLED+RTC for HC4-P

Made with an OLED display and RTC chip, this module can be mounted on ODROID-HC4 and ODROID-HC4-P products.
Its purpose is to monitor the status of network storage devices and keep the date and time. It is connected through a simple I2C interface, and the use of device drivers is also convenient.
